Zhonghuan New Energy (01735acephcom.HK) disclosed that Zhonghuan Low Carbon New Energy (Anhui) Group Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a cooperation framework agreement with Sunshine New Energy Development Co., Ltd. on May 25, 2024.
This cooperation focuses on deepening cooperation between the two sides in the field of new energy, including but not limited to projects such as centralized power stations, battery modules and joint photovoltaic innovation laboratories.
The board of directors believes that through this cooperation, the Group can further leverage its advantages in the development and operation of new energy projects, while improving financial performance and broadening revenue sources.
