[Warning Letter Issued for Violation of Management of Beijing Shouke Sanxin Investment Fund] On May 11, 2024, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau of China issued an announcement stating that Beijing Shouke Sanxin Investment Fund Management failed to fulfill its duties when managing and using private equity funds, violating the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Equity Funds.
In accordance with the provisions of the Interim Measures, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau of China has decided to take administrative supervision measures to issue a warning letter. Beijing Shouke Sanxin Investment Fund Management must submit a written rectification report to the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau of China within 30 days from the date of receiving the decision.
