Given that the sale order has been obtained and the conditions precedent have been met or waived, the expected completion date will be May 9, 2024.
The GSM Property Acquisition was completed on May 9, 2024. The balance of the consideration for the GSM properties, i.e. Singapore million (excluding goods and services tax)(the balance of the consideration, i.e. the total consideration less the non-refundable deposit amount of Singapore million (excluding goods and services tax)) was paid to the GSM seller on May 9, 2024.
