In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the Purchaser agrees to lease the property to the designated tenant (wholly owned subsidiary of the company) at a rent of HK $650000 per calendar month (excluding management fee, rates and government rent, all borne by the designated tenant), for an initial period of one year from the date of completion, the designated tenant may choose to renew the lease for another year at the same rent.
The property to be sold by the Vendor includes (I) the property, which is located on the full floor of Bank of America Tower, 12 Harcourt Road, Central, Hong Kong, with a gross floor area of approximately 13880 square feet; and (ii), four (4) parking spaces located at 4 / F, Bank of America Centre, 12 Harcourt Road, Central, Hong Kong under nos. 4043, 4087, 4088 and 4089 respectively. The property is used as the headquarters of the Group in Hong Kong.
