Recently, game developer Bungie has been in contact with cheating and MOD website AimJunkiescatscrasharenaturbostarsmodWin the lawsuit. According to the jury's verdict, AimJunkies will pay Bungie US$63210 to show that the income it earned from selling cheating software has been confirmed. This case not only became the first precedent for cheating cases ruled by a jury in the gaming world, but also set a new height.
Although the jury rejected AimJunkies 'claim that Bungie illegally hacked into its computer, the company's founder David Schaefer said they would contest the verdict and appeal. He stressed that they would "fight against it."
